This Delivery Policy outlines how ALPHA ESTABLISHMENT PTY LTD ("we", "us", "our") manages the processing, dispatch, and delivery of orders placed through our website.

We aim to process orders as quickly as possible.

- Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
1.2 Digital Products (eGift Cards, Digital Codes)
- Delivered electronically to your email or account dashboard.
- Most digital orders are delivered instantly or within 5–30 minutes.
- Processing may take up to 24 hours during peak times or for security verification.
2. Shipping Methods (Physical Products Only)
We partner with reputable carriers including Australia Post and other courier services.
Shipping options may include:

- Express Shipping
- International Shipping (if available)
Available options and costs will be displayed at checkout.
3. Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times depend on your location and the selected shipping method.
3.1 Australia (Domestic Deliveries)
Standard Shipping: 2–8 business days
Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
3.2 International Deliveries (If Offered)
Estimated 7–20 business days depending on destination and customs processing.
Note:
Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. External factors such as weather, peak seasons, customs delays, and courier backlogs may affect timing.
4. Delivery of Digital Products
Digital items (eGift cards, activation codes, vouchers) will be sent to:
- The email address supplied during checkout; or
- Your registered account (if applicable)
You are responsible for ensuring your email address is correct.
We are not responsible for:
- Emails that go to spam or junk folders
- Incorrect email addresses provided during checkout
- Delays caused by third-party networks or email providers
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped:
- You will receive a tracking number (for physical shipments)
- Tracking updates depend on the carrier’s systems and refresh frequency
- Delays in tracking visibility are normal and outside our control
6. Delivery Address Responsibilities
It is the customer’s responsibility to:
- Provide a complete and accurate address
- Ensure someone is available to receive the package (if required)
- Update address details before order processing
- We are not liable for:
- Lost items due to incorrect addresses
- Failed delivery caused by absence at the address
- Additional fees for redelivery or address changes after dispatch
7. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
7.1 Delayed Deliveries
Delays caused by carriers, customs, or external events (weather, strikes, holiday peak periods) are outside our control.
We do not offer refunds due to courier delays.
7.2 Lost or Missing Parcels
If tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive the item:
- Contact the courier directly
- Check with neighbours, building management, or safe-drop locations
We can assist with carrier inquiries, but we are not responsible for:
- Theft after delivery
- Mis-delivery due to customer-provided incorrect address
7.3 Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged:
- Email us within 7 days
- Provide photos/videos for assessment
We will determine whether repair, replacement, or refund is appropriate under our Refund Policy and Australian Consumer Law.
8. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
For international customers (if supported):
- Import duties, customs fees, and local taxes are the buyer’s responsibility
- We cannot predict or influence customs charges
- Delays caused by customs inspections are outside our control
- Refusal to pay customs fees may result in abandonment of the parcel without refund
9. Failed Delivery & Returned Parcels
If a parcel is returned to us due to:
- Incorrect address
- Failure to collect
- Refusal of delivery
- Unreachable recipient
We may charge:
- Reshipping fees
- Handling/restocking fees (if applicable)
Refunds for returned parcels (if allowed) exclude original shipping costs.
